A one whole day workshop on Minimally Invasive Urology – both laparoscopic and retroperitoneoscopic approach on porcine model and intensive hands-on training course on pelvic trainer exercises for the registered delegates and certified by the European Section of Uro-Technology.
European Urology Residents Education Program is a yearly event offered by the EAU-ESU (European School of Urology) designed for residents in training. It is composed of intensive lectures and discussions of urologic cases on different topics and modules (Oncology, Urolithiasis, BPH, Functional Urology, Trauma, Infection and Pediatric Urology). Annually held in Praque, Czech Republic attended by almost 350 Residents mostly European with only 5 % slots open to Asian urologists. This year it will be offered in the PUA annual convention in a Mini-EUREP format.
Consistent with our goal of bringing Europe to Southeast Asia, we have included the European training in Basic Laparoscopic Urological Skills (E-BLUS) programme. This will be open to residents who are eager to learn more about laparoscopy, it’s principles and the basic instruments used. The hands-on training course will be facilitated by our international faculty who are experts in laparoscopy. Participants will be given certification after completion of the course.
Early morning courses with in-depth discussion on designated topics. Experts in the field will be will be engaged through talks, videos and case discussions. Limited slots hence pre-registration will be required. Reserve a slot as soon as registration opens.
Bringing Europe to Southeast Asia through live transmission of surgical procedures being done in Europe to the plenary hall. Learning new techniques from experts in different urological procedures with the aid of advanced technology in video transmission. Presentation of recorded surgeries in between live surgeries to maximize learning. This is definitely a session that knows no boundaries.
